Dr Fabrice Jaine is a marine scientist and award-winning photographer with a lifelong fascination for the marine realm. Fabrice has spent much of the last decade educating the general public about our oceans, contributing to several high-profile documentaries and key scientific outputs on threatened species, and actively engaging with research and conservation efforts in various parts of the world. 

 

Fabrice has been fortunate to experience breathless underwater encounters with charismatic, elusive and endangered widlife in some of the most pristine and biodiverse seas on the planet. He was instantly compelled to capture the beauty of these experiences and share them with the world in hope to inspire awe for the natural world and environmental stewardship. What started as a hobby quickly turned into a lifelong calling when Fabrice won his first international photography competition and realised that, through his passionate imagery and first-hand scientific knowledge, he was able to engage broader audiences about the beauty and fragility of the natural world.
